New Name For FIT-R

Food Industry Training - Reading (FIT-R) is changing its name to RSSL Food Training. The name change more accurately reflects RSSL's lead role in managing and designing training courses for the food industry.

RSSL Food Training has built a strong reputation in the industry with a wide range of courses covering a variety of topics such as food safety, HACCP, nutrition and allergens. It also runs regular topical seminars and recent events have dealt with complex subjects such as Glycaemic Index, allergens, the new BRC Standard and quality systems.
