New appointments in new product development 

Leanne Dodds has become the new Technical Manager for RSSL LinTech. She has worked for the new product and ingredient development specialists since 2000, helping a wide range of companies to develop and launch new products, particularly in the area of functional foods, and to reformulate existing brands to reduce sugar and fat.

Sarah Marshall has rejoined RSSL LinTech after five years working in an innovation and research role for Cadbury Schweppes. Sarah's new role as Business Development Manager will permit her to use her considerable NPD expertise in a non-technical role, with a special emphasis on assisting SMEs and start-ups to create innovative food and drink products.
