New Managing Director for RSSL

Dr Kay O'Donnell has been appointed as the new MD of RSSL, and will take over the role at the end of July. Kay joined RSSL in 2005 as the planned successor to Rich Pond, and has already made a huge contribution to RSSL's recent growth, impressing everyone with her drive and technical knowledge. She will now spearhead RSSL's continued investment and expansion in the food, drink and pharmaceutical markets.

Further senior appointments accompany Kay's promotion.

Tracey Gale has been promoted to the role of General Manager, where she will have additional responsibilities for Business Development & Quality. Tracey joined RSSL in 1994, rising to the position of Finance Director, a role in which she also drove forward RSSL's Environmental Health & Safety policy.

Dr Marek Walach continues as RSSL's Operations Director reporting to Kay, but working closely with Tracey to ensure that RSSL continues to meet the needs of all its clients.
