New technical manager

Gaelle Buffet has joined Reading Scientific Services Ltd as Technical Manager of the Product and Ingredient Innovation Department. She joins from Mars Drinks, where she worked on a wide range of new product development projects; prior to this she held a research position at Unilever. She brings valuable expertise in taking original ideas from initial concept through to viable, finished product, and had used RSSL's services prior to joining the company. "RSSL has the resources and technical expertise to provide an extension to R&D departments for various sectors of the food industry," says Gaelle, "and is adding value to clients' product development process."
