Retrieving Data, Certificates and Reports On-Line

Registered RSSL customers are able to access their own data directly online using a standard web browser.  Certificates of Analysis or reports are available in PDF format for convenience.  Alternatively, numerical data is available in a tabular format.  Results are only available once they have been checked and approved by an authorised scientist.

Data security is our prime concern in providing this service and industry standard internet security using SSL technology is employed.  Management of users is the responsibility of RSSL so that that unauthorised users will not be able to gain access.

A simple interface ensures that customer's results are only a few clicks away.  However, customers are able to sort by date range or test type to focus only on data of interest.  The amount of data available through this interface depends on the customer's requirements, within technical limits, thus enabling long-term charting/tabulation of data if needed
