RSSL can identify a wide range of meat and fish species in raw and processed foods using the latest DNA based techniques:

  • Meat Species
    • Greater than 20 animal species including cat, chicken, cow, dog, human, mouse and sheep
  • Fish Species
    • Greater than 50 different fish species including atlantic cod, haddock, pink salmon, atlantic salmon, sardine, rainbow trout and turbot
