 The Sensory Department at RSSL offers a wide range of testing and a high level of expertise.
The department has a large team of fully trained expert sensory assessors who are able to describe the sensory characteristics of your product, this could include sensory changes from process or formulation modifications and benchmark it within the marketplace.
The team of assessors are also able to monitor specific sensory aspects during eating by time related profiling, define sensory standards for quality control purposes showing batch to batch variations, carry out competitive product comparisons and track changes in competitors products.
