I started working at RSSL three years ago as a Senior Technician, straight after completing my Masters degree. The laboratory specialises in analysis of foods and their ingredients such as vitamins, legal and illegal food additives and antioxidants (and much more). The diversity of analytical methodology performed has allowed me to gain valuable expertise not in chromatography, but also amazing hands on experience in food science, performing a wide range of routine and non routine testing for many different customers. Due to the nature of RSSL and the variety of work, I can honestly say, I have never been bored. The company is supporting my personal development and always gives their employees an opportunity to learn and progress. We are always looking out for new techniques to give full support to our customer's needs, giving all of us a chance to achieve new goals.'
