Our values are built into the behaviours we expect of our colleagues and leaders. These behaviours are called our Leadership Imperatives. The eight leadership imperatives guide the way we work together, how we do our jobs and also how we recruit and develop our people. The three key behaviours which are expected of everyone are: Accountable, Adaptable and Aggressive (don’t worry, by aggressive we mean the drive and passion to succeed – nothing unfriendly!). Another important behaviour expected of all our colleagues is that of Living Our Values. This is about putting our values into action in the things we do and say, everyday, so that they become second nature in our professional lives.
