Reading Scientific Services Ltd (RSSL) has appointed Dr Bogdan Dobraszczyk as Technical Specialist in its Physical Sciences Department. Dr Dobraszczyk brings broad experience of researching and controlling the physical characteristics of a wide range of food ingredients and food products. His work has proved fundamental in developing new process techniques and technologies, and in dictating the textural/structural properties of many foods. An experienced teacher and writer on the physical properties of food, Dr Dobraszczyk has also worked as a consultant to the Food Standards Agency
and a number of food industry clients.
