Sarah Marshall has rejoined Reading Scientific Services Ltd (RSSL) as Technical Manager of the Product and Ingredient Innovation Department. She has many years of experience in bringing innovation to the formulation of food and drinks, with particular expertise in nutritive and non nutritive sweetening systems, novel and functional ingredients and cost reduction.
