How to Send in a Foreign Body Sample

1. Enclose your sample in a sealed (preferably plastic) container or bag.
2. Complete an RSSL Sample Details Sheet and enclose with your sample. Ensure your bag or container is clearly labelled with at least your reference and your company name.
3. Ensure your sample is enclosed securely in a padded envelope or a box. Padded envelopes with a freepost address (UK only) can be provided by RSSL.
4. If you suspect the sample material may be hazardous please ensure it is appropriately packed (e.g. double wrapped) and labelled with a suitable warning.
5. It is also necessary to provide any relevant safety information (e.g. Safety Data Sheet).
6. If your sample is of great importance or urgent, ensure it is sent by recorded delivery or via a courier.
