Level 4 Food Safety (previously Advanced Food Hygiene)

This intensive 5-day course provides an important grounding into food hygiene and safety for the Food Industry Manager.  Included in this course are detailed analysis of food contamination issues and how to prevent them.  The course introduces good hygiene practices, including identification and management of food safety hazards, which can be applied in the workplace.

The course uses group activities and individual exercises to make the learning experience as interactive as possible.  There are lots of opportunities for questions and discussions throughout the course.

The course is approved by the Royal Institute of Public Health (RIPH) and leads to their examination "Advanced Certificate in Food Safety".  It is aimed at supervisors, managers, potential trainers and senior staff in the Retail, Manufacturing and Catering Industries.
