10th December 2008 A new training course covering the interpretation of ISO 22000.
ISO 22000, published in September 2005, seeks to provide a standard for food safety management systems and complements the application of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001:2000) in the food supply chain.

This workshop is ideal for all personnel working in food safety management, whether manufacturing or retailing based, involved in assessment or consultancy.
