Level 3 Food Safety (previously Intermediate Food Hygiene)

This interactive three-day training course is an essential grounding in food hygiene practices for anyone working in the food industry. It introduces good hygiene practices including identification and management of food safety hazards, which can be applied in the workplace.
The course uses activities and exercises to make the learning experience as interactive as possible. There are plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion.
This course is approved by the RIPH and leads to their examination 'Certificate in Food Hygiene & Safety'. This level of training is appropriate for all personnel working in food handling, catering, food manufacturing or retailing but particularly for those in supervisory or management roles.
