Many companies are having to become leaner to remain competitive and individuals within the business are having to take on a wider range of responsibilities whilst managing their regular roles effectively.

RSSL's 'Managing Change' workshop is aimed at those individuals who need to be able to manage change efficiently and effectively through project management skills, benefitting both the business and the individual.

This two day workshop is highly interactive and is enthusiastically taught and facilitated by Dr Kevan Leach who has extensive experience in successfully managing projects within industry and in helping businesses improve their efficiency.

The workshop includes the basics of project management, selecting the best method for managing particular types of project with worked examples, identifying and communicating with stakeholders, managing resources to best effect and monitoring/reviewing progress to a successful conclusion.

The project management skills gained as a result of attending this workshop are applicable to any project/change based situation and will prove to be an invaluable asset for those attending.
