Internal and supplier auditing are a fundamental requirement of all recognised quality standards. In order to gain the most from the auditing situation, the auditor must now follow a 'process-based audit'. These audits look at the sequence and interaction of departments and information trails in a business. It is very important that people tasked with the role of performing audits are appropriately trained and competent to do so. This will help to ensure that audits are efficient, value adding and serve as a mechanism to improve the overall quality system.
This course is aimed at new or experienced auditors and will provide a number of very useful templates to take away and put into practice. Auditors will have the chance to practice their skills with auditing scenarios based on real-life audit situations.
