Efficient and cost effective training is key to organisational success and the maintenance of quality standards in the food and pharmaceutical industry.  This two day course is aimed at all personnel who are involved in the preparation, delivery and evaluation of training courses or events.

It is highly interactive and will maximise delegate's ability to not only run exisiting certified training course, but will also assist in the development and evaluation of new in-house courses.

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

• Target training where it is required
• Design new training courses through the process of job, task and skills analysis
• Conduct both theory and practical skills training courses
• Evaluate training sessions
