This 2-day couse is designed to significantly help anybody who performs training to perform this task more effectively. It includes individual 'one to one' training principles but will also be of value to people performing 'group' training presentations.

On conclusion of this course participants will be in a position to conduct both a job and task analysis, identify pertinent training needs and be in a position to effectively design and conduct both 'in-house' theory and practical training sessions.
