This course is aimed at intending and existing Qualified Persons and is based on the requirements of the QP Study Guide 2000.

This course looks closely at what a QP is expected to do on a daily basis in order to ensure that the products manufactured on his or her site are made according to regulated and licensed conditions.

  • The role of a QP within an organisation
  • The Code of Practice for Qualified Persons
  • The main duties of key personnel named on a Manufacturer's License
  • The link between the QP, QA, QC and production departments
  • The principles and practices of current Good Manufacturing Practice
  • The history and structure of the 'MCA/MHRA Orange Guide'
  • What makes a good QP?
  • What should a QP be doing on a daily basis?
