Profiling Ingredients and Blends

Our multi-disciplinary ingredients expertise covers minerals, sugars, herbals, sweeteners, lipid analysis, vitamin analysis (vitamin testing) in food (including omega 3 analysis and fatty acid analysis) and many more.  As well as providing a high-quality analysis for ingredient functional food claim substantiation testing, fats and oils testing (lipid testing and lipid analysis) and ensuring authenticity, we support with due diligence, labelling and ingredient stability studies. 

Using microscopy and physical science techniques, we can help you understand and optimise your ingredients.  We also provide extensive ingredient and new product development (NPD) consultancy and support.
