The vast majority of allergen recalls are caused by inadequate training and system deficiencies. In order to build capability and minimise these risks we support clients through the provision of tailored training solutions to meet their exact needs that are both practical and impactful.

Training can take different forms, and in our experience of delivering training, the more interactive and site specific the training can be, the better it is. Experiential learning, involving close examination of what actually goes on at the manufacturing facility, rather than a theoretical discussion of best practice will often reveal weak spots in your facilities Good Manufacturing Practices or allergen control procedures in order that they can be prioritised effectively

Below are a selection of popular allergen training courses but whatever your requirements, we can design a bespoke allergen training solution to meet your business needs or functional requirements.
