We hold UKAS flexible scope for ELISA and PCR techniques and can test a broad range of sample matrices, including cooked and raw food products, ingredients and environmental swabs for process monitoring.

Using the latest analytical techniques we can test for all 14 allergens below subject to mandatory labelling under European Regulation (1169/2011), and others (chestnut, kiwi, pine nuts).

Training can take different forms, and in our experience of delivering training, the more interactive and site specific the training can be, the better it is. Practical Allergen Management
A highly interactive 2-day learning experience designed to facilitate your allergen risk assessment process, from goal setting, to experimenting and observing, to reviewing and finally action planning. The training utilises quantitative risk assessment developed by RSSL, which is rapidly becoming accepted industry best practice. It focuses on a genuine learning experience tailored to your site, process and products and incorporates a consultancy visit to develop materials and practical exercises. Free-From In Practice
This highly interactive 2-day site based training is designed for those currently manufacturing free-from products who need to substantiate a claim, or for those considering doing so. The training takes place in your manufacturing facility and is applicable to dedicated, part-dedicated or non-dedicated manufacturing sites. This interactive half-day training will ensure those responsible for cleaning validation target your resources in the most efficient and cost-effective way using industry best practice. It will give you a comprehensive overview of the background to allergen cleaning validation.
