UK

  • Costco Wholesale has recalled its Organic by Nature Organic Vegetable Medley with a best before date of 7 February 2017 as a precautionary measure due to possible listeria contamination. Listeria is a food bacterium that can cause food poisoning. (FSA)
  • Lidl is recalling certain Harvest Basket Potato Wedges, batch code L6108 because they contain wheat (gluten) which is not mentioned in English on the label. This makes the product a possible health risk to anyone with an allergy or intolerance to wheat or gluten. (FSA)

Ireland

  • M&C Health Care Ltd. is recalling a batch (batch code: C0 1216) of Brahmins Touch Coriander Powder due to the presence of Salmonella. (FSAI)

Australia & New Zealand

  • V&S IMPORTS AND EXPORTS PTY LTD has recalled Yayla Natural Yoghurt and Try Me Natural Yoghurt from independent supermarkets (majority Indian grocers) in VIC due to microbial E. coli contamination (FSA)
  • SPC Ardmona Limited has recalled Ardmona Whole Peeled Vine Ripened Tomatoes from Coles, Woolworths and IGA/independent supermarkets nationally due to an issue with packaging integrity of a specific batch causing increased pressure in the can. (FSA)
  • SweetLife Australia Pty Ltd has recalled certain batches (Best Before 04 FEB 2017) of Perfect Sweet Chocolate Bake Mix 180g from health food stores nationally, due to the presence of an undeclared allergen (almonds). (FSA)
  • Unilever Australia Limited has recalled certain Streets Blue Ribbon Ice Cream (All best before dates between 28 April 2017 to 27 April 2018) - all flavours from all major supermarkets and some convenience stores nationally due to potential presence of small plastic pieces.(FSA)
  • AquaFresh Products Limited is recalling a specific batch of their AquaFresh brand Smoked Mussels (BBQ, Chilli, Garlic, Natural) because the products may contain Listeria. (MPI)
  • New World Thorndon is recalling a specific batch of baked-in-store ciabatta loaves and rolls as the product may contain plastic fragments. (MPI)

  • Sugarfina LLC is recalling certain Sugarfina brand Milk Chocolate Malt Balls from the marketplace because it contains peanut which is not declared on the label. (CFIA)
  • Sea Delight Canada SLU is recalling certain Sea Delight brand Tuna Steaks from the marketplace due to elevated levels of histamine. (CFIA)
  • Quaker Canada, a business unit of PepsiCo Canada ULC, is recalling Quaker Harvest brand Quinoa Granola Bars from the marketplace due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. (CFIA)

USA

  • The Quaker Oats Company, a subsidiary of PepsiCo, Inc., has announced a voluntary recall of a small quantity of Quaker Quinoa Granola Bars after an ingredient supplier was found to have distributed sunflower kernels that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes (L.mono). (FDA)
  • Stahlbush Island Farms, Inc. (SIFI) of Corvallis, Ore., is voluntarily recalling 10 oz. Stahlbush IQF Green Bean retail packages because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • HMSHost of Bethesda, Maryland is recalling multiple brands of trail mix, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Hy-Vee, Inc. is voluntarily recalling its frozen Hy-Vee Vegetable Fried Rice and frozen Hy-Vee Chicken Fried Rice products due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Montero Farms of McAllen, Texas is recalling Orange Habanero Peppers, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. (FDA)
  • McCall Farms Incorporated is recalling Piggly Wiggly brand frozen Yellow Cut Corn due to the potential risk that it may contain Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Whole Foods Market is voluntarily recalling one batch of Whole Foods Market Korean BBQ Sauce because the product contains Peanut Coconut Sauce and therefore includes peanut and treenut (coconut) allergens that were not declared on product packaging. (FDA)
  • United Natural Trading LLC, d/b/a Woodstock Farms Manufacturing, Edison, NJ, is voluntarily recalling a limited number of lots of conventional walnuts and walnut-containing products  that were purchased from Gibson Farms and sold under the Nature’s Promise, Woodstock, Market Basket, and Woodfield Farms brands due to a possible health risk from Listeria monocytogenes.   • The Kroger Co.(NYSE: KR)  is recalling Simple Truth Organic Mixed Vegetables because a supplier indicated the product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • NORPAC Foods, Inc. of Salem, Oregon is voluntarily recalling two (2) frozen private label vegetable items, Natural Directions Organic Mixed Vegetables and Natural Directions Organic Green Peas, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Rucker’s Wholesale and Service Co. of Bridgeport, IL is voluntarily recalling the specific code dates listed below of Uncle Bucks Sweet & Salty Trail Mix peg bag, due to the potential presence of Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Let's Talk Health, Inc., is recalling its 15 packet jars of "Energizer Drink Mix," Agua Vitae Liquid Multi-Vitamin, Agua Vitae Kids Liquid Multi-Vitamin and Tox-Elim because they contain an undeclared milk and soy allergen from Whey Protein. (FDA)
  • The Pictsweet Company is voluntarily recalling certain frozen vegetable products because they contain Green Beans or Green Peas recently recalled by CRF Frozen Foods, a Pictsweet ingredient supplier. (FDA)
  • Rucker’s Makin’ Batch Candies, Inc. of Bridgeport, IL is voluntarily recalling the specific code dates listed below of Dollywood Sweet & Salty Trail Mix cello bag, due to the potential presence of Listeria Monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc. is voluntarily recalling various Not-Ready-To Eat frozen food items due to the potential for these products to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.(FDA)
  • As part of the ongoing recall of CRF Frozen Foods vegetables, Twin City Foods, Inc. of Stanwood, Washington is voluntarily recalling items containing organic peas it received from CRF Frozen Foods. (FDA)

  • Tasty Toppings, Inc. is conducting a voluntary recall of its Dorothy Lynch Home Style Dressing. The product poses no health risks to consumers. Fat Free Dorothy Lynch Dressing is not included in the recall. (FDA)
  • Pita Pal Foods, LP of Houston, Texas is recalling Corn Relish Salad, Texas Caviar Salad, Mediterranean 3 Bean Salad and Chipotle Quinoa Salad because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)

  • Schulze and Burch Biscuit Co., of Chicago, ILL  is voluntarily recalling a variety of Millville Protein Chewy Bars products because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Publix Super Markets Inc. is issuing a voluntary recall for Wheatberry Salad. The product is available in plastic containers available in the Publix Delis. The sunflower kernels used in the salad are involved with the larger nationwide recall due to Listeria monocytogenes.(FDA)

  • Bickel’s Snack Foods is voluntarily recalling 2,010 bags of Golden Gourmet Veggie Chips. The Golden Gourmet Veggie Chips are coated in Ranch Seasoning made with milk. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. (FDA)
