UK

  • Morrisons is recalling its ‘4 Salmon Skewers in a BBQ Dressing’ because the ingredients list does not mention milk correctly as an allergen. (FSA)
  • 3D Trading is recalling packets of Cheetos Cheddar Jalapeno Crunchy cheese flavoured snacks because the ingredients list does not mention milk correctly as an allergen. (FSA)
  • Coffee#1 is recalling all of its Gluten and Dairy-free Hazelnut & Praline Brownies because the product contains milk. This means the product could pose a possible health risk to anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk. (FSA)
  • Heron Foods is recalling packs of Kellogg’s Special K Biscuit Moments Cioccolato with ‘best before’ dates of 9 July 2016 and 14 July 2016 because the product label is not in English. This makes the product a possible health risk to anyone with an allergy or intolerance to soya, milk, wheat or gluten. (FSA)

Ireland

  • Brennans Bakery is recalling a certain batch of Brennans Family Pan 800 g on a precautionary basis because the product may contain small pieces of laminated paper. Brennans Bakery has issued a press recall notice requesting customers who have bought this product to return it. (FSAI)

Australia & New Zealand

  • Skyluck Trading Co Pty Ltd has recalled Cholimex - dried satay chilli from Asian Grocery Stores in NSW, QLD and SA due to the presence of an undeclared allergen (peanut). (FSANZ)
  • SA Health has recalled Sunshine Sprouts and Star Tu Chinese Bean Sprouts from major and small supermarkets, small grocers and fruit and vegetable grocers in SA and NT due to microbial Salmonella Saintpaul contamination. (FSANZ)
  • V&S IMPORTS AND EXPORTS PTY LTD has recalled Yayla Natural Yoghurt and Try Me Natural Yoghurt from independent supermarkets (majority Indian grocers) in VIC due to microbial E. coli contamination. (FSANZ)
  • Fieldfresh NZ Ltd is recalling specific batches of its Claridges Botanicals brand Green Tea Bags and Houjicha Tea Leaves (various sizes) as these products may contain Salmonella. (MPI)

Canada

  • Altra Foods Inc. is recalling Dr. Praeger's brand Black Bean Veggie Burgers from the marketplace due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. (CFIA)
  • Transilvania Trading is recalling certain Trader Joe's brand Quinoa Cowboy Veggie Burgers from the marketplace due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.  (CFIA)
  • Cantran Meat Co. Ltd. is recalling certain raw pork and pork organ products from the marketplace due to possible E. coli O157:H7 contamination. (CFIA)
  • New Moon Tea Co. is recalling certain New Moon Tea Co. brand Sunrise Tea and Turmeric Tonic from the marketplace due to possible Salmonella contamination. (CFIA)

USA

  • E S Foods of Woodbury, NY is recalling 3700 cases of the following Meal Breaks items containing individually packed Sunrich Natural Sunflower Kernels (Roasted & Salted), Net Wt 1 oz., because the sunflower seeds have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • C. J. Dannemiller Co. is recalling SunOpta 50# bags and 30# cases of roasted sunflower kernels roasted and salted, and sunflower kernels roasted no salt because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria. (FDA)
  • First Source is recalling various products containing sunflower kernels received from their supplier Sunopta because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Hy-Vee, Inc., based in West Des Moines, Iowa, is voluntarily recalling six trail mix products across its eight-state region due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The products include Hy-Vee Caramel Cashew Honey Crunch Trail Mix, Hy-Vee Dark Chocolate Cranberry Trail Mix, Hy-Vee Mountain Trail Mix, Hy-Vee Mountain Trail Mix To Go, Hy-Vee Berry Trail Mix and Hy-Vee Santa Fe Trail Mix. (FDA)
  • Phoenix Arizona, Papa John’s Salad and Produce, Inc. is voluntarily recalling Oriental Salad with Sesame Ginger Dressing due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. (FDA)
  • Dakota Style Foods, Inc. of Clark, South Dakota has expanded its voluntary recall to include 15,158 cases of sunflower kernels because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.  (FDA)
  • The Caramel Factory, LLC of Batesville, MS, is recalling a number of candies for undeclared allergens. (FDA)
  • Whole Foods Market is issuing an advisory to customers who purchased Spicy Kimchi, White Kimchi, Kimchi Fried Rice and Kimchi Guacamole from one of its Los Angeles-area stores because the items contained fish, shellfish or tree nuts (pine nuts) that were not listed on product labels. (FDA)
  • Sweet Earth Natural Foods is voluntarily recalling its Big Sur Burrito, 7 oz, due to a packaging error. As a result, a small number of these products contain an undeclared milk allergen. (FDA)
  • Sid Wainer & Son of New Bedford, MA  is voluntarily recalling Domaine de Provence La Cucina Tart Shells and Domaine de Provence Neutral 3” Cone Tart Shells due to undeclared allergens. (FDA)
  • Kashi Company announced a voluntary recall of Kashi® Trail Mix Chewy Granola Bars and Bear Naked® Soft Baked Granola, Cinnamon + Sunflower Butter in the continental United States because they contain ingredients made from sunflower seeds distributed by the supplier, SunOpta, that have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Troyer® Cheese Inc, under advice from its packaging facility concerning, CRANBERRY NUT DELIGHT MIX PREPACK, HONEY ISLAND CRUNCH MIX PREPACKAGED,  PRETZELS PEANUT BUTTER PREPACKAGED, WALNUT HALVES/PIECES PREPACKAGED, SUNFLOWER SEEDS R&S PREPACKAGED AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS R&S BULK is recalling a limited number of products that have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • General Mills is collaborating with health officials to investigate an ongoing, multistate outbreak of E. coli O121 that may be potentially linked to Gold Medal flour, Wondra flour, and Signature Kitchens flour (sold in Safeway, Albertsons, Jewel, Shaws, Vons, United, Randalls, and Acme). (FDA)
