UK

  • Patchwork Pate is recalling fifteen varieties of pâté sold in jars because of concerns over the company’s procedures in place to control Clostridium botulinum. (FSA)
  • Milegate Ltd is recalling a batch of Mystry Dried Pangash fish because of contamination with the chemical contaminants known as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). (FSA)
  • Kopparberg is recalling its Sparkling Rose Strawberry and Sparkling Rose Raspberry 750ml glass bottles of cider on a precautionary basis because there have been reports of bottles breaking. (FSA)
  • HiPP Organic is recalling four batches of its Fruity O’s breakfast cereal 140g, as a precautionary measure, because the products may contain small pieces of metal wire. (FSA)
  • Biona is recalling its canned Organic Sweetcorn because of a manufacturing problem (overfilling), which has led to some cans potentially receiving insufficient sterilisation. (FSA)

Ireland

  • Tesco is recalling certain batches of sesame seeds due to possible presence of moth larvae. (FSAI)
  • Pallas Foods is recalling a batch of sesame seeds due to possible presence of moth larvae. (FSAI)
  • The Patchwork Company is recalling some of its pates due to lack of procedures in place to prevent the growth and toxin production of Clostridium botulinum. (FSAI)
  • Biona is recalling two batches of its canned organic sweetcorn due to foul odour caused by overfilling. (FSAI)

Australia and New Zealand

  • GD Mitchell Enterprises Pty Ltd has recalled Chargrilled Steak & Pepper Sauce and Chargrilled Steak & Mushroom Sauce due to the presence of metal. (FSANZ)
  • Farms Pty Ltd has recalled Gallo Marinated Fetta in Far North QLD only, due to E.coli contamination. (FSANZ)
  • ARC Therapies ATF The ffrench Family Trust has recalled Dark Chocolate Coffee Beans from the Granny Macs store in QLD, due to the presence of undeclared peanuts. (FSANZ)
  • Cloud 9 Farm has recalled White Velvet Cheese from Cloud 9 Farm in VIC due to E.coli  contamination. (FSANZ)
  • G & L YUEN Pty Ltd has recalled Pandaroo Sushi Ginger 200g from Woolworths, IGA, Spar and independent stores nationally due to the presence of glass. (FSANZ)
  • Woolworths Limited has recalled Australian pork, lamb and beef mince from Woolworths Singleton in NSW due to the potential for contamination with metal fragments. (FSANZ)
  • Delmaine Fine Foods Ltd is recalling a specific batch of its Delmaine brand Chicken Chowder due to the presence of undeclared fish and shellfish. (MPI)

  • Charcuterie Parisienne is recalling Charcuterie Parisiennebrand cured meats due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. (FDA)
  • Evergrow Trading Inc is recalling Golden Buffalo brand Pineapple Cake because it contains milk and sulphites which are not declared on the label. (CFIA)
  • Chocolat de Luxe Inc. is recalling Chocolat de Luxe Chocolate brand Milk Chocolate with Crunchy Caramel and Almonds as it may contain wheat which is not declared on the label. (CFIA)
  • Neal Brothers Foods brand Salt & Vinegar Kettle Chips recalled due to undeclared milk. (CFIA)
  • Imperial Caviar & Seafood is recalling Imperial Caviar & Seafood brand Salmon Roe from the marketplace because it may permit the growth of Clostridium botulinum. (CFIA)
  • Foods Inc. is recalling Soylent brand Food Bar from the marketplace due to reported illnesses. (CFIA)
  • Ha Noi brand Mung Bean Moon Cake recalled due to undeclared egg and wheat. (CFIA)
  • Mr. Christie's brand Arrowroot Biscuits recalled due to potential off-taste. (CFIA)
  • Cheese Boutique, Ultra Foods Inc recalling Roland brand Preserved Lemons from the marketplace because they contain sulphites which are not declared on the label. (CFIA)
  • Ground meats and meat products sold at IGA in Port McNeill, British Columbia may be unsafe due to metal shavings. (CFIA)

USA

  • SHRI SHIVA Foods Inc. is recalling MTR Sambar Powder because it may be contaminated with Salmonella. (FDA)
  • Crescent Vending Co. Issues Allergy Alert for various products due to undeclared wheat, soy, milk and/or egg. (FDA)
  • OLMA-XXI, Inc. of Brooklyn, NY is recalling Premium Norwegian Salmon Smoked and Salmon, Turbot, Butterfish, Smoked because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams is undertaking a voluntary recall of selected packages of ice cream produced by a contract manufacturer because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Select Whole Foods Market stores in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, Kentucky, New Jersey, Virginia and Washington D.C. are voluntarily recalling batches of its Chocolate Croissants because the product contains undeclared egg. (FDA)
  • AC Creamery Inc. of Anaheim, CA, is recalling packages of "Manila Sky Purple Yumm Ice Cream" because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • ICAPP is voluntarily recalling certain lots of its frozen strawberries out of an abundance of caution in response to a U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) investigation of an outbreak of Hepatitis A. (FDA)
  • Mondelēz Global LLC conducts nationwide voluntary recall of Oreo Fudge Cremes sold in the U.S. due to milk allergen not listed in ingredients. (FDA)
  • Back to Nature issues a product recall and allergy alert for Chocolate Chunk Cookies, Mini Chocolate Chunk Cookies and Chocolate Granola Due to undeclared milk. (FDA)
  • Stewart's Shops Corp. is recalling units of Stewart's Sportade Fruit Punch Isotonic Beverage 20 fluid oz. because they may contain undeclared milk. (FDA)
  • Brownwood Farms is recalling fruit preserves and fruit butter products because they contain undeclared milk. (FDA)
  • Yoma Myanmar Tea Co. of Allston, MA is voluntarily recalling the Yoma Myanmar brand “Tea Salad Snack” in Regular and Spicy, 7 oz., because the products may contain undeclared peanuts. (FDA)
  • Kuster's, Inc. of is voluntarily recalling shredded, sliced and cubed cheese out of an abundance of caution as it was notified by its supplier, Farm Country Cheese, Lakeview, MI, that the cheese has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream Company, Inc.  is recalling select ice cream products, because they were made with a chocolate chip cookie dough ingredient supplied by Aspen Hills, Inc., which has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Roland Foods, LLC in cooperation with the manufacturer in Morocco, is voluntarily recalling specific lots of Roland® Preserved Lemons due to undeclared sulfites in the product. (FDA)
  • Nutrisystem Everyday, LLC. is voluntarily recalling the Nutricrush Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough bar, as this contains a chocolate chip cookie dough ingredient supplied by a third party supplier, which advised that its ingredient might potentially contain Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Publix Super Markets is issuing a voluntary recall for Publix Premium Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream due to the possibility of the product containing Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Wells Enterprises, Inc. is voluntarily recalling two lots of Blue Bunny Hoppin’ Holidoodle ice cream sold at retail outlets, because they contain snickerdoodle cookie dough pieces recalled by the supplier, Aspen Hills, due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Blue Bell Ice Cream is voluntarily recalling all products that were made with a cookie dough ingredient supplied by a third party supplier Aspen Hills, Inc., due to the potential for them to contain Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
