UK

  • B&M is recalling its Mini Cream Cookies (various flavours) because they contain wheat, milk, soya and sulphites which are not correctly declared on the labels. (FSA)
  • Windmill Organics Ltd is recalling its Pro Fusion Organic Cacao Nibs Cashew Butter because the level of peanut found in this product is above that suggested on the label. (FSA)
  • Clayton Park is recalling its Twin Packed Cream Cakes as the product has been incorrectly labelled with a ‘best before’ date of 18 February 2017. The product should have been labelled with a ‘use by’ date of 21 January 2017. (FSA)
  • Thorntons is recalling all batches of its Hollow Milk Chocolate Jolly Santa because they may contain a piece of plastic. (FSA)
  • Tesco is recalling two batch codes of its Tesco Takeaway Butter Chicken because the sauce used contains cashew nuts, which are not mentioned on the label. (FSA)
  • Morrisons is recalling some batches of Morrisons Market Street Assorted Party Cupcakes because they contain cereals containing gluten (wheat, barley, rye, oats), milk, egg, soya and fish which are not mentioned on the label. (FSA)
  • Consumers are being warned not to eat a number of food products, mainly frozen fish and chicken, supplied by MDA Products Ltd. The products have been repackaged in an unapproved premises and are therefore potentially unsafe. (FSA)

Ireland

  • Thorntons is recalling all batches of its Hollow Milk Chocolate Jolly Santa due to the possible presence of plastic pieces. (FSAI)

Australia and New Zealand

  • Marpen Trade Ltd is recalling specific batches of its Spring Blue brand Paneer with Chilli, Paneer with Italian Herbs and Natural Paneer produced using milk powder manufactured as per regulatory requirements, but where regulatory requirements were not met during subsequent distribution of the milk powder.   • Village Style Food Ltd is recalling specific batches of its Village Style Food brand 100% NZ Yogurt produced using milk powder manufactured as per regulatory requirements, but where regulatory requirements were not met during subsequent distribution of the milk powder. (MPI)
  • Indo Spice World Ltd is recalling specific batches of its Shahi brand Smooth & Creamy Yogurt produced using milk powder manufactured as per regulatory requirements, but where regulatory requirements were not met during subsequent distribution of the milk powder. (MPI)
  • Get Fresh Vege & Spices Ltd is recalling specific batches of its Saads brand Plain Natural Yogurt produced using milk powder manufactured as per regulatory requirements, but where regulatory requirements were not met during subsequent distribution of the milk powder. (MPI)
  • YogurtNMore Ltd is recalling various dairy products produced using milk powder manufactured as per regulatory requirements, but where regulatory requirements were not met during subsequent distribution of the milk powder. (MPI)
  • Target Australia Pty Ltd has recalled Christmas Sprinkles Cookie Mix with a Mason Jar and Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix with a Mason Jar from Target stores nationally due to insect contamination. (FSANZ)
  • George Weston Foods has recalled a number of frozen and chilled garlic bread brands, including supermarket own brands, from Woolworths, Aldi, FoodWorks, Foodland, IGA and independent stores nationally due to the presence of plastic pieces. (FSANZ)
  • Peanut Company of Australia Limited has recalled Picky Picky Peanuts Mexican Salsa Peanuts from outlets in NSW, QLD, VIC, WA due to the presence of undeclared milk. (FSANZ)
  • Asahi Premium Beverages Pty Ltd has recalled 3 different types of The Cider Lab  cider from liquor stores and licensed premises nationally due to undeclared sulphites. (FSANZ)

Canada

  • Wong Wing brand Vegetable Spring Rolls recalled due to undeclared soy. (CFIA)
  • Vanworld International Investment (Canada) Ltd. is recalling Vanworld brand Glutinous Rice Balls (Black Sesame Filling) from the marketplace because they may contain peanuts which are not declared on the label. (CFIA)

USA

  • Athens Baking Company, Inc. issues voluntary allergy alert on undeclared milk in Harvest Whole Wheat Bread. (FDA)
  • King's Pastry, located in Ontario, Canada, is voluntarily recalling the following cakes because the products contained tree nut (hazelnut) allergens that were not listed on the product labels. (FDA)
  • The Pictsweet Company is voluntarily recalling select packages of Pictsweet Farms 12 ounce Breaded Okra after the company learned that some packages may contain glass fragments. (FDA)
  • Golden Flake Snack Foods, Inc., is voluntarily recalling a limited quantity of 5 oz. HOT Thin & Crispy Potato Chips as they may contain milk and other dairy ingredients not declared on the label. (FDA)
  • Hy-Vee, Inc., based in West Des Moines, Iowa, is voluntarily recalling several candy trays because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. (FDA)
  • Tupperware U.S., Inc. of Orlando, Florida, is voluntarily recalling limited quantities of Southwest Chipotle Seasoning, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. (FDA)
  • Chip’n Dipped of Huntington, NY, is recalling its 2.9-oz. bar, Dark Chocolate Crunch because they may contain undeclared milk. (FDA)
