UK

  • Sainsbury’s is recalling its By Sainsbury’s Vegetable Sushi Snack Pack because it contains tuna and prawns which are not mentioned on the label. (FSA)
  • Marks and Spencer is recalling its Chicken and Vegetable Soup 600g as a precautionary measure because of a taint caused by possible chemical contamination. (FSA)
  • Cleone Foods is recalling two of its patty products because they do not contain the wording ‘use by’ with the date code information indicating the date by which the products can be safely consumed on the packaging. (FSA)
  • Homestead Homebakes is recalling various products, from the Northern Ireland market only, because they contain milk which is not mentioned on the label. (FSA)
  • Douglas Willis Ltd is recalling a variety of meat products on a precautionary basis as they may contain small pieces of hard plastic. (FSA)
  • Craig Foods is recalling their Slemish Assorted Pastries and Cupcakes because they contain milk which is not mentioned on the label. (FSA)
  • SunVit-D3 Limited is recalling SunVit-D3 5000IU Tablets because they contain lactose which is not mentioned on the outer label. (FSA)
  • Tesco is recalling a batch of its Oriental Kitchen Chicken Chow Mein product because it was incorrectly packed with Tesco Chicken Curry and therefore contains egg, milk, mustard and sesame, which are not mentioned on the label. (FSA)
  • Lindt & Sprungli Ltd is recalling two batches of Excellence Dark Extra Fine Shell Egg and Lindor Strawberries & Cream Shell Egg because they contain barley which is not mentioned on the label. (FSA)
  • Kernow Chocolate is recalling its Eton Mess Chocolate and Lemon Meringue Chocolate bars, because they contain undeclared egg which is not mentioned on the label. (FSA)
  • Best Fresh recalls six of its sandwich products due to undeclared allergens (FSA)

Ireland

  • As a precautionary measure, Marks & Spencer is recalling a batch of its chicken and vegetable soup following customer complaints of an off-taint. (FSAI)

Australia and New Zealand

  • Yummy Snack Foods is conducting a recall of Yummy Mini Tub Yoghurt Sultanas 300g due to the presence of an undeclared allergen (peanuts).  (FSANZ)
  • The Pork Pie Shop has recalled their own branded Pork Pies and Ascot Pies from butchers and small grocery stores in South Australia due to potential salmonella contamination. (FSANZ)
  • LeaderBrand Produce Ltd is recalling specific batches of various salads as the products may contain Listeria. (MPI)
  • Hellers Ltd is recalling specific batches of its Hellers brand Sweet & Sticky Pork Ribs due to the presence of undeclared sesame. (MPI)
  • Food Babies Love has recalled their Greek Lamb Casserole, Baby Bolognaise, Fish Pie varieties from some IGAs and independent supermarkets due to the presence of undeclared wheat. (FSANZ)
  • Natural High Co. Pty Ltd trading as Bounce Foods has recalled Bounce Apple Cinnamon Natural Energy Ball from Coles supermarkets, health food stores and cafés due to the presence of an undeclared allergen (dairy). (FSANZ)

Canada

  • Smucker Foods of Canada Corp. is recalling Robin Hood brand All Purpose Flour, Original from the marketplace due to possible E. coli O121 contamination. (CFIA)
  • Frankly Fresh Salads Inc is recalling Chef Destinations, Frankly Fresh Salads and Fresh St. brands Fresh Guacamole from the marketplace due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. (CFIA)
  • Purposeful Excellence Inc. is recalling Booby Boons brand Lactation Cookies – Chocolate Chip from the marketplace because they may contain peanut which is not declared on the label. (CFIA)
  • PastaCo is recalling PastaCo brand Bolognese Sauce from the marketplace because it may permit the growth of Clostridium botulinum. (CFIA)
  • King's Family Inc. is recalling various King's Family brand dumplings from the marketplace because they contain egg which is not declared on the label. (CFIA)
  • New Era Nutrition Inc. is recalling SoLo GI brand energy bars from the marketplace due to possible E. coli O157:H7 contamination. (CFIA)
  • I.M. Healthy brand SoyNut Butter and Granola products are being recalled from the marketplace due to possible E. coli O157:H7 contamination. (CFIA)
  • Remark Fresh Markets, Windsor, Ontario is recalling Remark Fresh Markets brand Lemon Blueberry Cobbler Loaf from the marketplace because it contains egg and milk which are not declared on the label. (CFIA)

USA

  • Sunshine Bakery of Alhambra, CA is voluntarily recalling Cassava Cake and Mixed Nut Mooncake with best by dates of 3/24/2017 as the labelling does not declare food allergens, peanut, coconut, almond, AND cashew. (FDA)
  • Whole Foods Market in Hadley, Massachusetts is issuing an allergy alert to recall six-packs of Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins as the muffins contained walnuts which were not declared on the ingredient list. (FDA)
  • Pro Sports Club of Bellevue, WA is recalling Yogurt Peanut Crunch bars because it may be contaminated with Escherichia coli O157:H7. (FDA)
  • ChloroFields of Lawrence, KS is recalling 20 cases of Asian Microgreens, because they have potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. (FDA)
  • Riviana Foods Inc. is voluntarily recalling cases of certain coded Ronzoni® Thin Spaghetti cartons that may contain an egg fettuccine product as these do not declare the allergen “egg”. (FDA)
  • Nutiva has initiated a voluntary product recall of various Organic Plant Based Protein Superfood 30 Shake - Vanilla Flavor products after identifying that this product may contain peanuts. (FDA)
  • Aroma Imports Inc. of Dearborn Heights, MI, is recalling 450 g and 4.5 kg packages of Nabelsi brand Thyme because the products have the potential to contain excessive levels of lead. (FDA)
  • Advanced Fresh Concepts Franchise Corp. (“AFC”) of Rancho Dominguez, California is recalling its Edamame (Soybeans) because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Dolcetta Artisan Sweets of Seattle, WA is recalling various Dolcetta branded chocolate confections because they may contain undeclared soy and milk. (FDA)
  • In response to Vulto Creamery’s expanded recall of raw milk cheeses, Whole Foods Market is voluntarily expanding its recall to include Andes, Hamden and Walton Umber cheeses sold in eight stores in Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York. The cheeses have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Vulto Creamery has recalled the following eight cheese items: Heinennellie, Miranda,, Willowemoc, Ouleout , Andes, Blue Blais, Hamden & Walton Umber due to potential contamination of Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • The SoyNut Butter Co. of Glenview, IL is expanding its recall of I.M. Healthy Brand SoyNut Butter and granola products to additionally include Dixie Diner’s Club brand Carb Not Beanit Butter because they may be contaminated with Escherichia coli O157:H7 bacteria. (FDA)
  • Nonna Foods in Woodbury, New York, is voluntarily recalling some jars labelled as Lidia’s Marinara Sauce because the product may contain undeclared milk. (FDA)
  • BAK-EZ Bakery Company of Norcross, Georgia is recalling 7-Eleven 4.0 oz. Mantecada (Muffin) because it may contain undeclared “milk” in the allergen statement. (FDA)
  • Gerber Products Company of Florham Park, New Jersey, is initiating a voluntary recall of Cheese Ravioli Gerber® Pasta Pick-Ups® because the egg allergen is missing from the “Contains” statement. (FDA)
  • In response to Vulto Creamery’s recall of soft wash- rind raw milk cheeses, Whole Foods Market is voluntarily recalling the products from nine stores in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine and New York out of an abundance of caution. The cheeses have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
  • Biery Cheese Co. is voluntarily expanding the recall of specialty cheese due to potential contamination of Listeria monocytogenes. (FDA)
