Approving amendments to the specification for a Protected Designation of Origin (Vacqueyras (PDO))
The Commission examined France’s application for the approval of amendments to the specification for the Protected Designation of Origin Vacqueyras.  The Commission published the application for the approval of amendments to the specification, as required by Article 97(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 The Commission, in the Official Journal of the European Union.  A no statement of objection has been received by the Commission the amendments to the specification have been approved.

Approving amendments to the specification for a Protected Designation of (Rosé des Riceys (PDO))
The Commission examined France’s application for the approval of amendments to the specification for the Protected Designation of Origin Rose des Riceys.  The Commission published the application for the approval of amendments to the specification, as required by Article 97(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, in the Official Journal of the European Union.  A no statement of objection has been received by the Commission the amendments to the specification have been approved.

Approving amendments to the specification for a Protected Designation of Origin (Almansa (PDO))
The Commission examined Spain's application for the approval of amendments to the specification for the Protected Designation of Origin ‘Almansa’.  The Commission published the application for the approval of amendments to the specification, as required by Article 97(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, in the Official Journal of the European Union.  A no statement of objection has been received by the Commission the amendments to the specification have been approved.

Approving an amendment to the specification for a Protected Geographical Indication (Dealurile Zarandului (PGI))
The Commission has examined the application for the approval of an amendment to the specification for the Protected Geographical Indication Dealurile Zarandului sent by Romania.  As no statement of opposition was received the commission has approved Romania’s application.

Approving an amendment to the specification for a Protected Geographical Indication (Dealurile Crișanei (PGI))
The Commission has examined the application for the approval of an amendment to the specification for the Protected Geographical Indication ‘Dealurile Crișanei’, sent by Romania.  As no statement of opposition was received the commission has approved Romania’s application.

Supplementing Regulation (EU) No 609/2013 regarding the specific compositional and information requirements for total diet replacement for weight control
This Regulation lays down the following specific requirements with regard to total diet replacement for weight control products: compositional requirements; requirements for labelling, presentation and advertising; notification requirements for placing the product on the market.  The regulation includes information on compositional requirements including total diet replacement for weight control products may contain other ingredients than the substances listed in Annex I only if their suitability has been established by generally accepted scientific data. It also lists specific requirements concerning food information and additional mandatory particulars for total diet replacement for weight control products.  Under Specific requirements concerning the nutrition declaration it includes the statement “the energy value and the amounts of nutrients of total diet replacement for weight control products shall be expressed per total daily ration as well as, per portion and/or per consumption unit of the food ready for use after preparation in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Where appropriate, information may in addition refer to 100 g or 100 ml of the food as sold.” Under Nutrition and Health Claims it expresses that “the nutrition claim ‘added fibre’ may be used for total diet replacement for weight control products provided that the dietary fibre content of the product is not less than 10 g.” 

Entering a name in the register of protected geographical indications (Capón de Vilalba (PGI))
Spain's application to register the name ‘Capón de Vilalba’ was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.  As no statement of opposition under Article 51 of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 has been received by the Commission, the name ‘Capón de Vilalba’ has entered the register.

Approving non-minor amendments to the specification for a name entered in the register of protected geographical indications (Pera dell'Emilia Romagna (PGI))
The Commission has examined Italy's application for the approval of amendments to the specification for the protected geographical indication ‘Pera dell'Emilia Romagna’ and as the amendment were not minor the amended application was published in the Official Journal of the European Union. As no statement of opposition was received the amendments have now been approved.
