RSSL at Food Matters Live

Reading Scientific Services Ltd (RSSL) is exhibiting and speaking at Food Matters Live - a new event dedicated to food, health and nutrition.

The event will take place at Excel, from Tuesday 18th – Thursday 20th November.

RSSL will speak during sessions dealing with opportunities presented by free-from, allergen and intolerance. Senior Food Safety Consultant, Simon Flanagan, will present twice on Tuesday 18th November, first at 13.15 on "Navigating allergen claims, labelling requirements and what they actually mean to foodservice". He will speak again at 16.35 covering the same issues for food manufacturers.  Barbara Hirst will discuss "Using best practice in allergen sampling and testing to support free-from claims" in her presentation at 13.15 on Wednesday 19th November.

RSSL staff will be at the entire event on Stand RP17 to showcase RSSL's service offerings in the areas of problem solving, contaminant identification, functional food claim substantiation, allergen analysis, consultancytraining and much more........

Food Matters Live will bring together the food and drink industry, retailers, food service providers, government, and those working in nutrition and health to tackle one of the most important challenges of our time - the relationship between food, health and nutrition.
