  • What kind of Training do RSSL Training offer?

    Our dedicated RSSL Phramaceutical Training business has been operational since 1987. Today we provide courses that cover all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing and medicines distribution, including biopharma.

    As an externally accredited training organisation with RSC and CQI approved courses, you can be confident that by choosing us you will be in safe and experienced hands.

  • Do you offer Online courses?

    In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we converted all of our classroom-based training courses to an online tutor led platform

    We are using the latest technology, with breakout rooms, chat, video and file sharing capabilities, making the courses highly interactive and engaging sessions, led by expert tutors. We provide an electronic PDF copy of the training material as well as the additional option to purchase a course folder, delivered directly to your door, prior to course commencement.

    This delivery format has proved so successful, our strategy is to continue offering an Online course option for each of our courses, alongside our traditional classroom delivery.

  • Do you offer training at client sites?

    Yes, we offer ‘In-House’ training and tailored training programmes as well as consultancy. All the courses on our website can be delivered exclusively at your premises worldwide or alternatively online where appropriate. If you cannot find the exact course you are looking for, we can develop a bespoke course to meet your needs.   • I don’t live in the UK am I still able to attend?

    RSSL welcomes delegates from all over the world, all we request is that you have a good understanding of English (written and spoken). Our Online (tutor led) courses are particularly popular with international clients. Please also remember, if you are attending a classroom based course, to check any VISA requirements before booking your travel to the UK.

Booking Enquiries

  • Can I book myself on a course independently?

    We welcome bookings from self-sponsoring individuals. Once your booking has come through to us, we may ask you to complete a New Customer form & provide a scanned copy of photographic I.D, in order to create an account and raise an invoice.

  • How do I book onto an open course?

    You can do so on our website by clicking into the course you wish to attend, selecting ‘book now’ against the date you wish to attend and completing the online shopping basket.

  • How do I book courses on behalf of colleagues/employees?

    You can book training course places for yourself and others or just others depending on your situation.  To be able to do this you will first need to register yourself on our booking system.  Once you are registered, you will then be able to add delegates and book them onto the course they require as follows:

    • Select yourself as booker then click continue, the next screen will be displayed:
    • At this stage, you can amend the number of candidates (delegates) you wish to attend by pressing the arrow next to the number and changing it as you need
    • If you are booking a place for yourself one of the candidates should be kept as your name/account
    • If you are not booking a place for yourself, click remove next to your name you will then see a prompt confirming you want to remove yourself
    • Then click ‘Add candidate’ which will bring up a search form, If you have booked the colleague/employee onto a course before, you can search for or select their account in the list
    • Where you are booking a new colleague/employee, you will need to first add them by clicking the ‘Create new’ button at the bottom of the search form.  This will bring up a short registration form where you will need to enter their details.
    • Please note, once you have booked colleagues/employees onto courses for the first time, all you will need to do going forward is select them from the search form.

  • What happens after I book?

    One you have booked you will then receive your automated email confirming your booking details. Once we have confirmed the course is definitely running (normally 10 days before the start date), you will receive another email that confirms the final course details and if the course is an Online course, the online registration and joining instructions.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

    If you would like to cancel your booking you will need to contact us as soon as possible via

    Please note:

    • A full refund will be given where written cancellations are received 25 working days before the start date of the course.
    • A fee of 50% will be payable for cancellations received between 10 and 25 working days before the start date of the course.
    • Full course fees will be charged for cancellations received within 10 working days of the course start date.

  • Are there any minimum entry requirements?

    Some courses do have pre-requisites and these will be documented in the course information on our website. Please review the course description to ensure that the course you would like to attend meets your expectations in terms of your objectives and depth of information.   • Do you provide lunch?

    Our classroom courses are fully catered, and we provide all refreshments. If you have any special dietary requirements, please enter these into the ‘dietary requirements’ field when creating your account & booking.

  • What time do your courses start and finish?

    Online - Most of our online courses begin at 9:00am on Day 1, but there some courses that start earlier, so please check your course confirmation email that contains the link to the course to verify this. We ask you to log-on at least 15 minutes prior to the start time to ensure that you have no technical difficulties.

    Classroom – Day 1 is coffee and registration from 9:00am, for a 9:30am start. Where a course runs over more than 1 day, the subsequent days may start at the earlier time of 9:00am but the tutor will advise you of this. Finish times for our courses differ depending on what course you have booked to attend – please contact us for exact finish times especially if you are arranging travel.

  • What is the dress code?

    When attending a classroom course, we would suggest smart casual however it is important that you feel comfortable throughout the duration of your training course therefore please come dressed as you feel appropriate to make the most of your training.

  • Is there any work prior to or during the course?

    Yes, some of our courses require you to complete some pre-course work and have homework between course days. If you book a place on a course that has course pre-work, the details of the pre-work to be completed, will be in the course confirmation email which is sent 14 to 10 days prior to the course.

Financial and Post-Course Enquiries

  • How much do your courses cost?

    All of the prices for our open/public courses are published on our website. The pricing for In-house courses (courses run at your site) are based on the number of delegates and duration.   • How can I pay for the course?

    You can select your method of payment in the last stage of the shopping basket. You can select from either a card payment at check-out or alternatively, select ‘Invoice’. Selecting Invoice will result in an invoice being sent out approximately 4 weeks prior to the course, to then enable you to pay by cheque, credit/debit card, Purchase Order or BACS transfer.

    If you are paying by Purchase Order, please ensure a copy of the PO is sent to or as soon as your booking has been made to ensure the invoice is raised with the correct information.

  • When will I receive my Invoice?

    If you have booked the course in advance, you will receive your invoice approximately 30 Days prior to your course start date. If you require your invoice earlier than this, please email and we will do our best to arrange this for you.

  • Will I get a certificate upon completion of the course?

    Yes, course certificates of attendance are issued after we have received payment in full for the course. If you have not received your certificate, before contacting RSSL, please contact your own finance department to confirm if they have sent payment to us. All certificates are issued electronically – we do not send out any by post.

  • Where is the course held?

    This 5-day residential training course is held at CIM Cookham CIM Moor Hall Conference Centre, Cookham, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 9QH. There is ample free parking available and it is also a short distance from Cookham train station.
