Our food analysis capabilities allow us to provide expert analyses of food, beverages and supplements to assist and support with functional food claim substantiation, due diligence and labelling.
Using our robust, reliable in-house analytical methods - many of which are UKAS accredited, we analyse for a wide range of ingredients including minerals, natural products, plant stanols and sterols. We can also provide vitamin analysis, omega 3 analysis (GLA, CLA, EPA, DHA), fats and oils testing (lipid testing and lipid analysis) and much more.
Our methods as part of our claim substantiation consultancy service are designed for differing complex matrices including encapsulated ingredients such as vitamins, lipid testing and lipid analysis. These capabilities mean that our customers find us to be a valuable partner in their new product development (NPD) process with our food NPD consultancy services.
