RSSL is launching a new HACCP Health Check service for food manufacturers and ingredient suppliers.

New technology that can identify the chemicals we sense by smell, at the moment we sense them, has been installed at RSSL.

RSSL are offering two levels of tests to verify the authenticity of oregano.

The aim of this study is to review the available techniques to measure food aroma, especially focusing on the most innovative methodologies to measure aroma release during consumption.
