Sign of great quality highlighted from RSSL's quality survey results
Results from last month’s quality survey are in and 83% of our customers scored us five out of five for quality of service and work. Taking all the surveys completed, our overall score for quality of service, adherence to time scales and quality of work was 94%. This builds on the excellent feedback from our last MHRA inspection and UKAS audit allowing us to maintain our long established accreditation and quality reputation in the market place.
