RSSL offer food allergen training, delivered by experts in the field. Courses can be run at your site and tailored to meet your individual requirements.

Inadequate training of staff and deficiencies in risk assessment are commonly found to be the root cause behind allergen related recalls. We support clients by offering tailored training solutions to help them fully understand their risks and to provide them with the knowledge and confidence to manage allergens effectively.

Our practical and interactive training courses are designed to be run in your facility. This brings the training to life and ensures it is relevant for all those attending. In our experience, this is the most effective way to deliver training.

Below is more information about our most popular allergen training courses, however we can also design a bespoke allergen training solution to meet your business needs or functional requirements.

ALLERGEN MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

This highly interactive site-based workshop is focused on allergen risk analysis and incorporates risk assessment, risk management and risk communication. It provides an engaging learning experience which is specifically tailored to your site, your process and your products.

The training focuses on a practical learning experience and ideally it will be run in your manufacturing facility to allow for group exercises to be undertaken in the production environment. In this case, the workshop will also include a consultancy visit to allow for the development of the training materials and practical exercises. The workshop can be adapted to be run in a training room if a manufacturing facility is not available. It can also be adapted to focus specifically on free-from production if required.
