We’re all unique in ways you can and can’t see.  We believe our differences are part of who we are and that we all perform better when we’re being true to ourselves. That’s why we’re committed to nurturing a culture that’s inclusive and welcoming so we can be ourselves and focus on what matters: transforming lives through science, innovation and collaboration.

 

 

Sharing, learning and growing

Our diverse team pulls together more than 23 nationalities, and we encourage our people to share cultural celebrations, languages, cuisine and traditions. We may be a close-knit team of 350 in Reading, UK but we’re proud to have a global outlook.  

 

We believe in lifelong learning and development, both professional and personal. We run bitesize sessions on a broad range of topics, from neurodiversity to International Women’s Day, to challenge our unconscious biases and break down barriers around diversity and inclusion.

 

 

The Mondelēz difference

With support from our parent company Mondelēz International, we’ve formed employee groups to raise awareness and provide support for a range of diversity and inclusion programmes, including Mental Health Allies, Smash The Stigma and See What You Don’t See.
