RSSL’s Emergency Response Service (ERS) is an annual membership service that gives you access to our technical experts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our scientists can support you in circumstances such as customer complaints, product tampering, contamination, counterfeiting or processing and packaging failures, helping to solve your challenges and minimise delays.
This level offers priority access to a specified range of services out of hours (see below) on a 24 hour, 365 days a year basis, and priority access to all of our Pharmaceutical & Healthcare services during working hours.
