With nearly 25 years of experience in lipid science, Robert’s achievement is a testament to his remarkable contributions to the field, his commitment to scientific excellence and his unwavering support for industry resilience.

 

Throughout his career, Robert has pioneered analytical methods, led critical projects in shelf-life evaluation and driven innovation in fat characterisation and crisis management. His expertise became especially vital during global supply chain disruptions, including the Ukraine conflict, where his leadership and insight enabled over 200 companies to safeguard product quality and maintain business continuity.
