Throughout his career, Robert has pioneered analytical methods, led critical projects in shelf-life evaluation and driven innovation in fat characterisation and crisis management. His expertise became especially vital during global supply chain disruptions, including the Ukraine conflict, where his leadership and insight enabled over 200 companies to safeguard product quality and maintain business continuity.
As RSSL’s Lipids Technical Specialist, Robert plays a vital role in helping clients overcome technical challenges, optimise product performance, and respond to changing market needs. His legacy is one of innovation, leadership, and a deep dedication to the safety and quality of our food systems.
