Neil has over 30 years industrial experience in technical and quality assurance management with recognised specialism in Commercial custom pharma quality systems, GMP remediation and transformational change. A trained Microbiologist, Neil is a seasoned expert in the management of global supply chains, third party oversight of contractors, QMS and Quality Systems.  

Neil was also a former Treasurer of the Pharmaceutical Quality Group (PQG), and was actively involved in running the annual MHRA/PQG meeting. 

In 2012, Neil moved back to a role as QA Group manager, QP and RP on the license at AstraZeneca’s second largest manufacturing in Cheshire with primary responsibility for the site’s QMS, internal and external inspections, licensing, issue management and recall. In 2018 he moved to AstraZeneca Corporate Quality as Global Quality Director primarily responsible as Global Business Process Owner for Complaints.
