Reading Scientific Services Ltd (RSSL) has added two new training courses to its on-line learning platform for the pharmaceutical industry; Introduction to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP). Each course has been developed to provide participants with an understanding of current practices and basic requirements for the corresponding regulatory standard.
Content for both courses has been written by leading subject matter experts and is presented using the latest interactive techniques to create a positive learning experience. The eLearning format is designed to provide participants with the advantage of complete flexibility and self-paced instruction, while employers benefit from reduced overall training costs and time away from the office.

The Introduction to GMP eLearning course is aimed at personnel working in pharmaceutical, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), production and clinical trials environment. Content examines the role and legal framework of GMP, as well as general requirements surrounding the manufacture of medicinal products. Comprising six modules, this highly interactive course will benefit professionals who have little or no experience of current GMP requirements and wish to gain a basic understanding.
The GDP eLearning course provides a comprehensive introduction to GDP over seven short, impactful modules. It is designed for employees, specialists and managers from storage, transportation, distribution and supply chain, as well as their colleagues from QC, QA and production who are involved with drug logistics.
