RSSL is celebrating a major achievement after being named Multi-National/Large Business of the Year at the 2026 Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Awards!

 

The prestigious award celebrates organisations that have made a significant contribution to the local economy and community through strong leadership, innovation and business excellence. For RSSL, the recognition reflects the dedication, expertise and passion of its employees, whose hard work continues to drive the company's success.

Held at Easthampstead Park Hotel in Wokingham, the black-tie awards ceremony brought together leading organisations from across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Swindon to celebrate business excellence across the Thames Valley.

Celebrating business excellence

 

Hosted by Olympic gold medallist Tessa Sanderson CBE, the evening recognised outstanding achievements across 13 award categories, showcasing businesses leading the way in innovation, sustainability, skills development, international trade, customer service and community impact.

 

RSSL faced strong competition in the Multi-National/Large Business of the Year category from fellow finalists Inuvi and Lucy Group Ltd before being announced as the winner.

Representing RSSL at the ceremony were Jacinta George, Alice Joubran, Lisa Halward and Zoe Harber, who proudly accepted the award on behalf of the company. The team also had the opportunity to meet Tessa Sanderson and hold her Olympic gold medal, as well as the London 2012 Olympic torch that she carried during the relay across the country.

In addition to its category win, RSSL were also named runner-up in the Commitment to Skills award. This recognition highlights the company's ongoing investment in developing its people through training, career development and skills programmes that support both individual growth and long-term business success.

The Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Awards were judged by an independent panel of 36 industry experts, senior business leaders and regional executives, ensuring winners were recognised for their outstanding achievements and contribution to the Thames Valley business community.
