Our food team are looking forward to exhibiting at FI Europe, held in Frankfurt, Germany from 19-21 November.
As well as exhibiting, James Spinks (Technical Specialist - 3D Imaging and Metrology) will be presenting 'Transforming Food: Innovative Applications of 3D Imaging Technologies' on day two of the event.
This insightful talk will explore how advanced 3D imaging and printing technologies are revolutionising R&D and quality assurance in the food industry. This presentation showcases innovative techniques, such as Micro-CT, which provides detailed non-destructive insights into the internal structure of food, and 3D optical scanning, capturing high resolution surface data for precise measurements and texture/colour analysis.
